    How to Care for Your Tungsten Ring

     

    While tungsten rings are very sturdy and strong, they need a little care from time to time. Tungsten requires very little maintenance, but you should routinely take a moment to clean and inspect your ring about once every month or two. To thoroughly clean your ring we recommend you use a mild detergent and a soft cloth or tooth brush. If you choose to use an ultrasonic jewelry cleaner do not leave your ring in the machine for more than a minute. Do not use harsh chemicals or cleaners as they may negatively react with your tungsten band.

     

    Ring Size:

     

    Accurately measuring your finger for its ring size is pretty simple. There is a standard North American conversion scale, and the same scale is used for both men and women. Note that it's best to measure your finger later in the day; fingers do swell a bit and you might have trouble removing a ring if you don't take this into account when sizing it.

     

    Instructions: 1. Cut a thin strip of paper.

                        2. Wrap the paper around your finger. Make sure the paper is below the joint of your finger and close to your knuckle.

                        3. Mark the spot where the paper meets and measure the distance with your ruler.
