• Returns accepted only within 7 days of receipt provided item is intact and in original packaging with no signs of impact, sand or water. There will be no refund for tampered items (sticker removed, etc..).
• Buyer is responsible for shipping charges to us. We will send the item back at no charge. All items need to be paid within 5 days of auction closing
• Defective items need to go to manufacturer for repair
• 7 day return policy applies to all items under manufacturer warranty. After 7 days we do not accept returns.
• We will reserve the write to give negative feedback to all non paying bidders. All unit are under manufacturer's warranty.
• All units advertised as manufacturer refurbished should be referred to the manufacturer in case of repair. There are ABSOLUTELY no exchanges, returns or refunds after 7 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible or shipping charges. We will send the unit back at our cost.
• Items returned within seven days of receipt will be exchanged provided there are no impact, water, or mishandling.
