    While tungsten rings are very sturdy and strong, they need a little care from time to time. Tungsten requires very little maintenance, but you should routinely take a moment to clean and inspect your ring about once every month or two. If you choose to use an ultrasonic jewelry cleaner do not leave your ring in the machine for more than a minute.     Accurately measuring your finger for its ring size is pretty simple. There is a standard North American conversion scale, and the same scale is used for both men and women.
