INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLICATION OF VINYL
First your machine will cut out a design on it.
Next you would remove any unwanted pieces and throw them away. You should be left with the white background backing and the actual decal you want to install later.
To install the decals you will need the transfer tape and a squeegee. The transfer is a lower tack film that pulls back the image so you can apply it easily. 
Use a piece of transfer bigger than your project and lay over your sticker starting from one side working your way to the opposite side. Now use your squeegee to push out bubbles working them from the centers out. 
"Warning always work your way from centers to avoid trapped air pockets."
Then peel the transfer layer off and discard leaving the decal with a higher tack in its designated place. 
The transfer helps a lot for words and it also lets you do multiple stickers at once.
You can then cut them with scissors and apply individually.
