This Intercooler is developed to give you the best performance from your car without the need for big modifications. The desing started from Scratch, do88.se looked at the available space in the car and the position of the inlet/outlet. Then the Intercooler tanks were designed usingn CAD software with the aim of having an Intercooler with the best possible tank distributing airflow over the whole core, maxmizing cooling and minimizing pressure drop.
This Intercooler is an aluminum construction which can handle much higher pressure than the OEM Intercooler which has plastic tanks that can break or come loose at higher boost pressure. Already at boost pressure over the original pressure (like software upgrade/chip tune) you can see improved cooling and less pressure drop compared to the OEM Intercooler.
