Medical "Bleeding Disorder" SOS Tags on Silver Ball Chain, Choice of Colours

Our medical ID tags are made of hard wearing, yet light weight, colourful aluminium and have a shiny metallic finish.

The engraving on one tag is the internationally recognised medical symbol, the Star of Life, with "Bleeding Disorder" engraved underneath. The back is plain and ready for your personalised engraving. The second tag is plain on both sides.

Consists of two tags, with a large choice of colours, on a single silver ball chain.

Colours available, clockwise from top of photograph: red, pink, orange, gold, bronze, green, black, light blue, dark blue, purple, brown and silver. 

Your medical tags can be engraved on the back of the tag featuring the symbol and/or on one or two sides of the blank tag, if required. Please see below for further details. Suggested engraving details include name, date of birth and name and number of contact for an emergency.

Engraving Information

Engraving is optional.

We can engrave up-to 8 Lines, Made up of 15 characters per line including spaces on one, two or three sides of the tags. Please note, unless otherwise stated, the back of the tag with the Star of Life symbol is the default side if one-sided engraving is selected.

We use the very latest computerised engraving machine which guarantee's perfect, clear engraving each and every time.

Please double check your spelling as we copy and paste your text to the engraving machine. If we notice spelling mistakes we will of course correct them.

We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, postal order, cheque, or payment by card.

If you are paying by card you will need to call us on after you have purchased your item, to complete sale. 

If you are paying by cheque you will need to wait for it to clear before your item is dispatched.

Most items are sent via Royal Mail first class recorded unless otherwise stated.

Please allow up to seven days for your item to arrive. A tracking number will be provided if you need it, please us. 

If you need next day delivery on your item, please contact us first so we can issue an invoice that reflects the additional postage for this service.

Returns and Contact

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the item price only.

This DOES NOT include personalised items unless faulty.

We do not accept returns on personalised items that are misspelled UNLESS the fault is ours, in which case we will offer a replacement OR FULL refund.

If your item is damaged or faulty please contact us to return for a replacement, we will pay your return postage for damaged/faulty items.
