I just received this item and after a few seconds of manipulating the prop I was able to get a few pictures that kind of illustrate the effect. Well kind of.  However, let me say that if I would have customized the gimmick to fit my hand better (which I suggest you do) I would of been able to get a better picture.

Effect;  "A Currency Bill is placed on your open hand, then magically floats in mid-air.  Another currency bill may be passed under this, to prove there are no supports"

The method behind this is pretty neat and simple.  After a few minutes of practice you will be able to do this like a pro.
