Step 1 - Charging setup: Hardwire connection
Utilizing hardwiring connected to the vehicle's fuse box for charging provides a faster charging speed, up to 30%. For those prioritizing charging speed, opting for the hardwire connection is recommended.
The battery pack features a Type-C 5V output interface for direct connection to the dash cam with the included cable. (For 70mai dash cam users, the battery pack enables parking surveillance without a hardwire kit if the 4G module is unused)
It also includes a 12V output interface, compatible with all 70mai dash cam models equipped with 70mai standard Hardwire Kits or 4G Hardwire Kits, and most other dash cams with parking surveillance cables, ensuring seamless integration for various setups.
Step 3 - Securely mount your battery pack
Considering the vibrations during driving, it's recommended to securely place the battery pack with its wide surface facing downwards on the vehicle's floor, using the provided adhesive hook & loop for fixation. After securing the battery pack, use cable ties to fasten the wires to prevent any loose connections.
