The sizes correspond to the actual girth size - i.e. a 20" liner is cut to fit a 20" girth (measured buckle end to buckle end)
The liner itself measures approx 3" longer to cover to the ends of the girth
So for example the 20" liner (to fit a 20" girth measured buckle end to buckle end) has an actual length of 23"
Measurements for all the liners: centre width is 13cm, end width is 14cm, and narrowest parts are 8cm
