1 - Adding mass to the interior baffles which holds the driver to remove vibration. In General filling in the empty
spaces in the baffle and optionally having it filled around the driver is sufficient enough to achieve next to zero vibration
2 - Adding acoustic foam to the inside of the cups to reduce sound wave reflections. This reduces distortion (which we do not want in reproducing music).
3 - Increases clarity and overall frequency flatness.
Includes directions for mk3 to make our "V1" modification. A very neutral modification. Feel free to experiment with your own mod.
