PayPal is the only payment method we accept.

We only accept payments from buyers who have been Verified with PayPal.

Please do not mark your items as payment sent. This prevents the payment from ever reflecting on the item page and will delay your shipping time.

We offer a 20% discount on Shipping and Handling when combining shipments. If you would like to receive this discount please wait for us to send you a combined invoice prior to going through checkout.

Shipping Policy

We Only Ship To The Continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. We do not ship internationally. Please don't ask.

We do not allow pickups.

Payments can take from between 1-3 Business days to process. We ship the next business day after payment has been processed.

Shipments can incur a handling cost of $0-3US.

We ship only to addresses that have been registered with both Ebay and Paypal. We will ship to whatever address is registered wtih Ebay and Paypal at the time of payment.

Please make sure to have the correct shipping address registered at the time of payment. Shipping addresses cannot be changed after payment has been made.

If requesting shipping to a PO box address, please note that you must pay for shipping via USPS. UPS Does not ship to PO Boxes.

Please make sure to be ready to receive your package or pick it up from your local carrier's location. Returns because of failure of the package to be delivered/picked up will be issued a refund of the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee as well as return shipping costs if applicable.

Our shipping and handling costs are what the carrier charges us, plus any required handling fee as described above. If you feel our S&H prices are too high, please cross reference the weight of the item with the shipping company of your choice and you will see that we charge what it costs to ship the item.

International shipments may incur a fee as according to your country's customs requirements. Please note these fees are not part of our shipping and handling costs and are required by the countries. Customs fees do not go to us.s

Regular Returns and Refund Policies

Please contact us prior to making a return. All returns must first be approved.

In order to receive ANY refund or replacement you must first return the item. No exceptions.

All returns at at the buyer's expense. This includes regular returns and factory defective items.

After a return has been authorized, there is a 5 day grace period in which to ship the return.

Items that arrive defective, broken or damaged must be reported on the date of arrival. Reports for damaged/defective items will not be accepted if not made on the date of delivery.

For regular returns, the item must be in the original, unopened packaging. The item must be completely unused.

Returns will not be accepted for incomplete or used items.

Refunds WILL NOT include the shipping and handling costs of the items.

Factory Defective Items:

Colors may vary for all items. A different color does not constitute a defective item.

Refunds issued for accepted returns will be for the purchase price of the item, not including shipping and handling costs.

Factory defective items must be returned. This is necessary, as the factory requires inspection of the items by their techs prior to clearing a defective item claim.

Refunds issued for defective items will be for the full purchase price of the item. If a replacement is requested, there will be no additional cost for shipping the replacement if your item is found to be defective.
