Hobnail Rose Bowl Vase

Measures Aprox.~ 7 1/2 inches tall x 3 3/4 inches diameter across bottom. 

 Beautiful Hobnail Rose Bowl? I am no expert on glass, so I must apolgize if I have this in the wrong category, etc. I tried researching a few glass pieces that I have for offering and was not able to come up with alot. I question whether this hobnail pattern could be what they call thousand eye?  As you are looking at each indivdual hob, one can see many little dots or eyes within each hob. I can see 4 differnet seams that are on the bowl of Vase. The hobnails look to be in good condition. Most have their points. The ones that don't have their points seem smooth almost polished like so I don't believe it is because they chipped. The few that don't have points, are either located on the crease or on the middle of the seam, mostly located on the very upper portion of the vase where the edges are fluted. Also as you work your way down the vase the smaller hobnails seem polished. Pretty bowl that would not surprise me, if it is not a older/antique rose bowl.
