RETURNS

Returns must include a copy of the receipt (print it
from eBay) and the items must be in original condition, including tags
and labels. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit
your account within 3 business days. Shipping charges are not included
in the refunded price, this includes the shipping cost with the "free
shipping" promotion..
Making a return is simple. Just drop us a note through eBay and we will give you the specific instructions.
If
you’re returning from outside the U.S., please send your package,
prepaid, via the carrier of your choice (we recommend UPS or USPS
Priority Mail). Whichever carrier you choose, we suggest you insure the
package and get the tracking number.
We will exchange items that have
been sent incorrectly at our cost. We must be notified within 7 days of
receiving the incorrect item so that a return authorization can be
processed.
