We use USPS and Fedex shipping services for all purchases.
RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will exchange or refund the item within 7 days of receipt. All merchandise must be in the original condition and accompanied by the original receipt. No exchange or refund will be issued when the jewelry is sized, engraved or altered.
On payments by credit card or PayPal, a prompt refund will be issued once all returned merchandise is received. You will be refunded 95% of original price since the bank charges 5% regardless.
