We offer combined postage and handling when you purchase multiple items from us within a four day period. You pay full shipping cost for the most dearest and you then receive a 50% postage and handling discount for each additional item purchased through us. If you are planning to purchase more items, please inform us.

Please request 'Total Invoice' when you have finished bidding/buying what you require so we can adjust the invoice. Payments are strictly to be paid within three (3) days.

All items include GST for Australian customers. Tax invoice can be provided (emailed) upon request reducing paper waste.

Shipping fee includes postage and handling fees (packaging, materials & postal delivery fee to our local business centre if sent via Australia Post). All Shipping prices are clearly shown in each listing. We unfortunately do not offer pickup, no exceptions.

We freight goods using Australia Post & Couriers (E-Go & Fast Way) for larger bulky items. Table below gives an indication of tracking & insurance cover. We highly recommend using a service that provides insurance & tracking as we will not be held liable for damaged or lost in transit parcels.

Please note that once the item leaves our warehouse, we do not have any control over transit times. Transit times may fluctuate due to location, public holidays, postal strikes & natural disasters. We ask that you please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. In most cases it should be delivered before this. We have also found that in some cases, postal delivery drivers may not leave a card to inform you of an attempted delivery and it may be left at your local post office for collection.

International Air Mail: No tracking & No insurance cover is available (Please allow anywhere from 7-25 business days depending on location). If you require tracking please select Registered International Air Mail.

Direct Bank Deposit: Please allow 3-5 Business days electronic funds transfers to clear. PayPal E-Cheques take 5-7 business days to clear. Cheques take 2-3 business days to clear. Goods only will be despatched once payment clears.

This product comes with a 12 month warranty for your peace of mind against manufacturer faults, unless stated otherwise. In the rare occasion that you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately to obtain a return merchandise authority number (RMA). We reserve the right to void warranty if the returned product has been abused, mishandled, modified, mis-used, and/or physically inflicted by the user. We accept exchanges if item is still in original packaging - Buyer is to include a pre-paid return satchel for item.

Buyer is responsible for all the return postage and handling fees. The item will be inspected and if deemed faulty, an exchange, store credit or refund will be provided. Any refunds are only applicable to the product cost and does not include any postage or handling fees.

We unfortunately do not offer refunds to customers who change their mind, don't know how to use the product or find no use for the product. Unfortunately under no circumstances will a refund on postage charge be refunded on returns or exchanges on the product.
