Shipping:  COMBINED SHIPPING is available.  We will NOT use Flat Rate Envelopes for the Combined Shipping of this item without insurance added for $1.80/$100.    We have had too many issues with buyers insisting we over pack envelopes.  Current US regulations state that the envelope must still look like an envelope ( not like a package ); and the envelope must be closed using ONLY the envelopes adhesive.  You cannot tape the envelope shut.  All package fees are calculated according to their specific weight, dimensions of the package and your choice of shipping service.  Due to weight of some of the items in my store I am unable to give you a general freight fee scale.
