This vintage O'Neal Boutique of Dallas dress in blue features a sleeveless design, perfect for a girl size 5. Made of cotton during the 1980s in the United States, this dress is adorned with lovely blue butterflies and rainbows, adding a whimsical touch to the classic look. Bodice is gathered and dress is A-line shape for comfort, with a slight cutaway design for at the shoulder.  White scalloped collar features blue piping.  Pullover with button back.  So cute!  Approx measurements: pit to pit 12", shoulder to hem 24".  Please review pictures carefully, as I don’t accept returns.
