**Bearing upgrade, Boxed with Spare Spool** Please read full description.
This ST6000RB is in very good, lightly used condition (2025 model), it came to me with a bent Main shaft, probably been dropped, a new main shaft has been fitted, and all components have been cleaned and fully inspected to ensure there was no further damage, and reassembled with high quality Shimano lubricants. I also took the opportunity to upgrade the two plastic drive gear bushings with S A-RB bearings, this reel now has 3 + 1 bearings (Same spec as the DL model)
Main spool is in excellent condition. This model is not usually supplied with a spare spool, but I have included one, brand new and boxed! Worth around £15. (Priced accordingly)
All mechanical functions are in perfect working order, winding is smooth, both rear drags are smooth and precise, bail operation and baitrunner lever engage smoothly and automatically disengage when winding.
Overall condition is very good for a used reel, with some marks and scratches associated with previous use, like some fine scratches on the chrome accents, and a few blemishes on the XT-7 body/rotor, I have done my best to show these on the photos(Please see all photos).

The ST Rb reel boasts a uniquely designed spool with an angled spool lip which has been proven to prevent backlash and wind knots when you’re casting with a braided mainline. This also helps all line types to peel from the reel in small coils, which aids with accurate distance casting.
The Power Roller feature also helps to eliminate the risk of line twist, whether you’re fishing with a braided mainline or a monofilament line, and this really comes into play when you’re fishing with a line on the thinnest end of the spectrum.
The Shimano Baitrunner ST RB comes in two sizes: 6000 and 10000. The smaller 6000 is the perfect reel for anglers who enjoy targeting medium sized carp, barbel, and tench. It also performs excellently for predator fishing for pike and zander.
Box may show some signs of wear and tare from previous use, storage and transit, I always add some additional packing inside and outside the reel box, and I use cardboard postage boxes to prevent anything from rattling around and causing any damage. All reels I sell are thoroughly checked before sending out, foot stickers are photographed and reels are security marked to avoid any future confusion or issues.
