Option 1: Quick Checklist (Best for user manuals or quick-start guides)
Before pairing your Sense-U Baby Camera, please ensure the following:
- Update Everything: Install the latest versions of both the Sense-U Baby app and the camera's firmware.
- Check Wi-Fi Network: Connect to a 2.4GHz private Wi-Fi network. Mobile hotspots and 5G Wi-Fi networks will not work.
- Shorten Your Password: Make sure your Wi-Fi password is under 31 characters and does not contain special characters (like
=). - Stay Close: Place your camera right next to your Wi-Fi router during setup. If it fails, reset the base station and try again.
- Device Limits: You can connect up to 5 Baby Monitors at once. While there is no hard limit on cameras, your router's strength may affect overall performance.
