Great project car. Runs excellent but has transmission issues. We believe the torque converter is the issue. We bought another transmission but I am no longer up to the task to install it. It would also need an M3 (zf series) transmission module that can often be found on ebay or other sources for under $50. We have several other parts to go along with the car, including a transmission, starter, ac condensor, brake pads, extra set of bmw wheels and fuel filter. Car hasn't been on the road for a few years but will may get you home without a tow, I drove it around town and up to the grocery store today without incident. Trans is slow to engage and makes rattling sound at low rpms but shifts thru all the gears..

The body and interior are in good shape. Great project for someone to complete.
