  • 180kg Total Weight – 90kg Per Side. The quick pin-selection system enables smooth and effortless transitions between exercises, allowing you to easily switch between bicep curls, tricep extensions, rows, chest fly's, and more.

  • Engineered with a heavy duty matte black powder coated finish steel.

  • Includes 2 strap handles, 1 straight bar handle and a tricep rope.

  • Tools required for assembly: 1x14mm, 2x17mm, 2x19mm spanners.

  • Large diameter pulley wheels provide maximum cable life and smooth operation.

  • The cable system has a 2:1 ratio.

  • Fully adjustable, can be used for high to low pulley exercises with 20 incremental pulley positions.
