60s US Army Bridge Construction Equipment South Dakota Vintage 8mm Movie Film

Approx 13 mins/5" reel of footage of what may be a US Army Corp of Engineers bridge construction project in South Dakota. Based off estate info, I believe it to be in South Dakota, and there are some brief clips of what shows US Army on some equipment.
Film played ok for me and does not appear to have any vinegar smell to it, but it is vintage, going on 70+ years old, and inherently is at risk like any old film for issues with condition and integrity.
*Note - film may or may not come on reels, it may be coiled in paper envelope. Varies based on how it was found and length.
