Earle K. Bergey was an American illustrator associated with twentieth-century pulp magazines, paperback publishing and pin-up art. Trained at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, he worked for newspapers before developing a prolific career in commercial illustration. His covers appeared across science fiction, crime, adventure and paperback publishing, where strongly modeled figures, dramatic compositions and saturated color became characteristic features of his work.
