Condition

Used condition with clear signs of previous use – please study all photographs carefully.

The clubhead presents reasonably well for its age, with general cosmetic marks, scratches and surface wear associated with normal play. The cavity badge and Slazenger/V300 branding remain clear and presentable.

The clubface is in good usable condition, with the grooves remaining clearly defined. There are normal strike marks and light cosmetic scratching but no obvious major damage visible to the hitting area.

Please note in particular that the steel shaft has substantial cosmetic wear/corrosion/pitting to sections of the chrome finish. This is clearly photographed and has been deliberately highlighted rather than hidden. There are areas where the chrome surface has deteriorated considerably. Buyers should therefore expect the shaft to look worn cosmetically.

The original-style Slazenger branded grip remains fitted and appears in usable condition, showing normal signs of age/use.

Overall, this is best viewed as an inexpensive replacement or individual long iron rather than a cosmetically pristine example. The head remains quite presentable, but the shaft condition is reflected in the description and should be considered before purchase.
