Up for auction is this stunning and delightful figurine made by Sitzendorf of Germany.  It is from a series called Monkey Band and is the monkey playing timpani sticks.  The mark on this whimsical figuring was used from 1900 through 1902.  The  monkey is 4 ½”.  It is in fine condition with no nicks, chips or repairs.  Thanks for looking.
