Dior Homme Sport was launched by perfumer François Demachy as a bright woody-aromatic fragrance built around fresh citrus, ginger and elegant woods. This is the original 2008 formulation, which was discontinued when Dior reformulated the fragrance in 2012 and subsequently introduced additional versions, making the earliest Sport edition especially collectible.
The fragrance comes in the signature tall Dior Homme rectangular glass bottle with pale champagne-colored liquid, a clear oversized outer cap, silver-tone atomizer collar and a distinctive red accent ring beneath the sprayer. Black and red Dior Homme Sport lettering appears near the base, creating the sleek minimalist presentation associated with this original edition.
