Head - 8 out of 10. Light standard wear and tear only. The face insert has some light marking but is in good condition (please see images). 

Shaft - 8 out of 10. Standard wear and tear only. The shaft sticker is worn to the edges.

Grip - 4 out of 10. Tacky and clean with no wear.
