New and sealed in the case. The case is in good condition with some minor staining to the corner and some age breakdown of the plastic wrap had some transfer to the cartridge casing as seen in the photos.

I do not test the audio. I try to give a detailed description and highlight problem areas in photographs. However, understanding that purchasing 8-Tracks online can be a risk with satisfaction. I will promptly issue a refund if it was not what was expected or if there is dissatisfaction with play quality.

The game and case were visually inspected only and is in very good condition with no indication it doesn't play as it should. Returns are accepted and refunds given upon receipt of the item on all games for any reason that causes dissatisfaction with the item.
