1999 first printing introduction by colon Ward illustrations by Frances Mosley Folio edition with cool cover artwork.  

The book is in very good condition, couple of light marks on the spine and one blemish on top edge of pages.

Slip case has some scuffing shelf marks, but the blind stamped signature is in very good condition
