  • Pickup bobbins - Individually hand built using laser cut vulcanized fibreboard flatwork and Flat Pole Alnico 5 rod magnets.
  • Coil Winding - Individually hand wound with .42AWG Poly enameled copper wire to 6.5k ohms. Incorprating a scatter wound technique, reducing capacitance interaction between winds producing superior detail, dynamics and tone. 
  • Coil Magnetising (Gaussing) - Hand magnetized using Neodymium magnets, with RWRP polarity for noise cancelling in position 2 when.
  • Hook up wires - Hand wired with vintage pushback cloth covered wire
  • Wax potting - Hand potted in liquid wax removing unwanted resonances and minimising microphonic feedback at high gain settings
