I got this seatpost as part of a bulk lot of parts from a bike shop that was closing down, and don't know its history. It has some minor normal wear on the lower part of the shaft but otherwise very clean. I don't know what's going on with that piece of cable sticking out of the bottom, it will probably need to be taken apart and a new cable installed.
