Toddler Girl Size 100 (approximately size 2T)

This dress is labeled size 100 which converts to approximately size 3T however I however personally feel it runs small and is closer to size 2T. Please base fit upon measurements provided. The spaghetti straps are adjustable so sizing is somewhat flexible. Also, the sizing tag lists the fabric as 100% cotton, however it is not cotton. The fabric is actually polyester and my guess both the dress and slip lining are both100% polyester. The dress is in excellent near to new condition. Please note the inside brand label has been cut.
