Chuck opens and closes but does have few notchy spots. Unsure if it got chips or something else inside. Sold As Is. Comes with table plate to be use on milling machine. Comes with key. The back of the chuck is d1-3 style mount, no cams or bolts included but threads appear good. Could add your own cams and use on a lathe like monarch 10ee and others that use d1-3 cam stud mount spindle system. Will ship usps flatrate so please be aware they take a bit longer when weight is over 30lb. Will be packed well.
