Ceylon WWII Transpacific air cover to UK with a franking of Rs 5 tied by 17 OC/41 d/s. The cover was carried to Singapore by BOAC then sea to Hong Kong,  PAN AM FAM 14 to USA then to UK.  The Rs 5 per 1/2 oz Trans Pacific rate was effective from July 1941 to Dec 7, 1941 (attack on Pearl Harbor). Scarce usage.

International Shipping: Economy Shipping is $6.00. With Economy Shipping, your item will be shipped as a first class letter at your own risk.  Registered mail is avaialbe with an additional cost of $15.95.
