Please Read Before Bidding And Look At The Pictures Please-Here is a Rare 1930’s Direct-Time possibly made for Mido for parts or repair not working. The Watch case is made of Silver and also the Stretch Watch band . The Watch case is stamped Hantily with a hand above the name also stamped 85328 STG.SIL. It’s Aprx 36 mm by 22 mm wide without the crown it appears unpolished. Upon doing my research Hantily was a Watch case maker in the 1930’s in Australia and because Tariffs were so high in that period of time, Watch Manufacturers would send the Watch movements and they were then cased in Australia some by Hantily similar to Argentina. The Watch Movement is not signed Mido it is signed Swiss Made 15 Jewels 4 adjustments. (The last picture of a Mido movement that is signed is for reference only I found it in the internet its identical to the movement that comes with this Watch). The Watch movement does not work it appears to have a broken balance staff but not sure it could have other potential problems! The stretch band is signed Everyman sterling appears a bit small but looks to be in good condition unpolished. Sold as is for parts or repairs no partial refunds.
