Dead Fans ! ... Rastaman ! Fans !! - and Fans of Spring 1990 Tour ! G.D. ... at Nassau !!!  Offered here is the Vintage Original ( Genuine / Authentic ) Grateful Dead Backstage Pass ( sticker-patch / satin ) for the March 28, 1990 ( 3/28/90 ) Show at the Nassau Coliseum in Uniondale, New York ! ... on the 1990 Spring Tour ( Spring '90 ! ) - the Spring Tour leg of the " 25th Anniversary " Tour ! of The Grateful Dead !!!  And this Pass here is for the 3/28/90 Show at Nassau !!  Whoa !?!  As this Show & these Tapes too ! ... are nothing-short of Legendary ! from this Late ' Prime ' Era ! of the Grateful Dead !!!  Well, to put it bluntly ... you can almost " Hear " this Pass when you look at it - and you might ask why ?  Well ... this 3/28 Show was indeed the Show where " Looks Like Rain " was selected ( and produced by Phil too - I believe ? ) for ... the one & only " Without A Net " !!!  Pretty cool indeed.  Anytime I see a would see a Show - and a Track(s) gets pro-released - I always think that is a real dandy ... and, especially when it is a release as widely-popular as " Without A Net !!! ".  I remember the 1st 3 or 4 years ( or more ! ) after this Gem ! of a '90 release came out - and it felt like Everybody !!! had this one - and quite frankly ... I think they actually did !?!  Really, this ' Whole ' 3-night run at Nassau was really something-special ... as Branford Marsalis ! even joined the Boys on the middle night ( 3/29/90 ) - and that ! is indeed where the ' Eyes Of The World ' on " Without A Net " came from.  I'm quite certain that these Shows were selected for pro-release because they were at the back-end of the Spring '90 Tour ( with only Atlanta dates after ) ... and, this was a ' perfect-storm ' type opportunity to catch the Red-Hot ! Grateful Dead delivering before a hungry & fired-up NYC based audience ... inside a relatively intimate indoor Venue - in Nassau !!!  Well, actually - this whole Tour was indoor ... so, it must have just been because it was Nassau !!!  Three-Cheers ! for " Nassau '82 " too - right ?!  Ha !  Now there is an inside-joke that I really hope you get ... a Classic !!   Yes, and as for the Art Design on this Pass ?!!!  Whoa !!  I like to call this Modern-Artistic Reonegro ! designed ' Beauty ' the ... " World Music Reggae Rasta Man " Pass !!!  So ... can you feel my thoughts on this one ?  I mean just check it out already ... a Super-Groovy - almost Exploding ! Rasta-Man with the Dreads just a Flying !!!  It even looks like he has a little purple-paint - or something designed on his nose - but, I think that is just an artsy extra ?  But, just check out the " World " - Planet Earth looking object in his Mouth !  Or, maybe he is just singing, or screaming-away ... and all that you see is the World Inside !  Well, to each his/her own on this one ... but, the real thing about this Pass is that it is just so Unique ! ... and Rare !! too !  I've always really dug these " early " designs that Reonegro did for the Dead ... I mean don't get me wrong - I love them all ... but, there were some really unique & free-form ones during this early-period that just " Rocked " !!!  The Passes from Cal State - Raleigh - Atlanta ... and each design was really its own !  Very-very cool indeed ... well, Enjoy !!!  And, get your ears on this Nassau Show ! too - if you have yet to ... 3/28/90 - Spring Tour '90 !! - at Nassau !  Killer !! '90 " Live-Dead !!! " ... Enjoy !!!!!
