Up for sale today is a Vintage GI Joe Cobra Ninja Viper v1 Mail Away File Card Uncut 1992 Hasbro. The file card is in nice uncut shape. Whoever had this as a kid had a hole punched in their cards to hold in a case. Odd, there were 20 cards like this. Price reflects the hole.
