These have a full elastic waist band with an interior drawstring.  There are side slash pockets and cargo leg pockets with flaps.  They measure 22 inches across the waist and are 41 inches long with a gathered elastic ankle that measures 8 inches and has zippers.  They are quick dry.  New with tags and smoke free
