Collection is available; however, this must be arranged with us prior to purchase in line with eBay policies. Please contact us in advance to organise a suitable collection time.
Large or heavy items such as engines, gearboxes, seats, and similar components will be will be drained of oil prior to dispatch unless stated otherwise shipped securely on a pallet via a specialist courier. Please ensure you have the necessary facilities to receive pallet deliveries.
While we take great care to ensure all items are securely packaged and leave us in good condition, it is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the item on the day of delivery. Any damage must be reported to us immediately upon receipt so we can assist in resolving the issue promptly.
Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the item. If delivery is missed, the courier may attempt re-delivery or require collection from a local depot. Any additional delivery or re-delivery charges incurred will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Free delivery applies to UK mainland only. For the following areas, additional charges will apply and must be agreed prior to purchase:
Isle of Man (IOM)
Scottish Highlands
Scottish Islands
Channel Islands
UK Islands
Offshore Isles (including Shetland Isles, Western Isles, Isles of Scilly, and any other non-mainland UK locations)
Northern Ireland (BT postcodes)
