For sale is a vintage Lynx LXP 757 “Precise Balance” blade putter, fitted with a steel shaft and designed for a right-handed golfer.

Lynx is a longstanding golf-equipment manufacturer with roots dating back to 1971. The LXP 757 comes from the brand’s older putter range and represents a traditional style of putter design from before oversized mallet heads and soft face inserts became commonplace.

The putter features a compact, heel-shafted silver blade head, a textured metal striking surface and a distinctive long sound slot running through the flange. This classic solid-face construction is designed to provide a firm strike and direct feedback, while the slim blade profile gives the golfer a clean and traditional appearance at address.

The sole is marked:

This is an older club in well-used condition and has not been cosmetically refurbished. The clubhead displays extensive scratches, scuffs, small knocks, finish wear and age-related discolouration. Wear is visible across the sole, face, topline and outer edges, although the textured face pattern remains clearly defined.

The steel shaft also has cosmetic marks and small areas of spotting. The original shaft label is heavily worn and only remnants remain.

Please note that the existing black grip is in poor condition. It is severely dried, cracked and split in several places and will need replacing before regular play. This has been fully photographed and reflected in the asking price.

A suitable choice for a vintage golf-club collector, restoration project or golfer looking for a traditional Lynx blade putter to regrip and return to the course.
