Vintage Wisconsin Pottery Columbus WI Redware Slipware Tray / Dish (1998)

​Handcrafted folk art redware dish made by Wisconsin Pottery in Columbus, Wisconsin. Modeled after 19th-century Pennsylvania German/Dutch slipware, this piece features a traditional courting couple motif flanking a blooming heart with the initials "LB" and "RK" and the folk date "1832."

​Back Details: Hand-inscribed "Blessings on your home and family", dated "6-7-98", maker initial stamped "AH", and impressed oval shop mark.

​Design & Finish: Cream crackle/crazed glaze with green and dark brown slip decoration, unglazed red clay back, and traditional coggled/pie-crust rim.
