To qualify for a refund: The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery and must be in the exact condition received. All original items, accessories, and packaging must be included. Any sealed items must be returned in their original sealed condition.a

Item Not As Described / Defective: Items will be inspected and tested upon return before a refund is issued. Refunds will not be granted if the item is found to be in proper working condition and accurately described. a

Changed Mind / No Longer Needed / Didn’t Like Item: Once the item is returned and inspected, refunds will be processed promptly in accordance with eBay’s refund timeline. a

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Photos of the damage are required to process the claim. For all other return reasons, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.a
