Original 20" wheelset from a 1980 Murray muscle bike, removed from the same Murray Over the Rainbow bike as the other parts being listed.
Chrome steel rims with whitewall Cheng Shin 20 x 1.75 tires, front hub, rear coaster-brake hub, sprocket, axle hardware, reflectors, and Shimano coaster-brake arm.
The rear hub is equipped with a Shimano D-Type coaster brake with the original stamped brake arm. Both wheels retain their vintage spoke-mounted reflectors. Tires are marked 20 x 1.75 and Made in Taiwan.
Good survivor-quality wheelset for a Murray restoration, muscle bike project, or other period 20" bicycle.
Condition is used and unrestored. Chrome rims show scratches, oxidation, spotting, and areas of finish wear. Hubs, spokes, sprocket, and hardware show surface oxidation and age. White tire sidewalls have substantial age checking/crazing and discoloration. Tread remains visible, but due to their age the tires should be considered display/restoration pieces rather than dependable riding tires. Please review photos carefully for overall condition.
