Includes Isaac Asimov’s Magical Worlds of Fantasy #2: Witches, edited by Isaac Asimov, Martin H. Greenberg and Charles G. Waugh; Magical Worlds of Fantasy #5: Giants, from the same anthology series; The Robots of Dawn, Asimov’s third Elijah Baley and R. Daneel Olivaw novel; and The Norby Chronicles by Janet and Isaac Asimov. All four retain their colorful period paperback cover art and original mass market format. Witches was published in 1984, while Giants followed in 1985.

A nicely varied little Asimov group spanning two distinct sides of his work. The Robots of Dawn belongs to his major Robot sequence, while The Norby Chronicles represents the lighter collaborative robot fiction written with Janet Asimov. Witches and Giants come from the long-running Magical Worlds of Fantasy anthology series Asimov edited with Greenberg and Waugh, collecting older and contemporary fantasy around a single theme. The first-printing copies of Giants, Robots of Dawn and Norby make the group somewhat better than a routine reading-copy lot.
