Condition – Please Read:

The watch winds and runs, as demonstrated in the video. During testing it will occasionally stop, particularly when being handled. A light tap on the crystal will generally get the movement running again.

Because of its age and intermittent operation, the watch is being sold as needing cleaning/service. The cause of the intermittent stopping has not been professionally diagnosed, and no guarantee is made regarding timekeeping accuracy or continued operation.

The pocket watch bow is missing. This is the hinged loop that would normally surround the crown and provide an attachment point for a pocket-watch chain or fob. Please see photos for the current configuration.

The dial shows age-related discoloration, spotting and fine hairlines/wear. The crystal has scratches and surface wear. The gold-filled case shows scratches, finish wear and patina consistent with its age and use.
