i was told that this was off a Pram. A really early Pram, considering how brittle it is, it's done very well, but the end near the a of ALBERT has been restored with another piece of metal, quite a quirky, unusual piece. Especially if it is from a pram.. Obviously more research would have to confirm. moving house so these no longer can be screwed to the garage wall, as I won't have one
