This is a Bosch NBN-832V-IP w Bosch 1/3" 2.8mm - 10mm F1.4 CS.

No other cables or power adapters are sold with this unit. I did power it up with POE (Power over Ethernet) and was able to see it using a Bosch application I downloaded. I was not able to get further in setting this up to transmit images.
