For sale is a classic large format Gundlach Turner-Reich Anastigmat Series II f/7.0 triple convertible lens, tailored for 8x10 cameras. This unique optic comes complete with its matching Wollensak Betax No. 4 mechanical shutter and the original mounting flange.
The standout feature of this triple convertible design is its versatility, providing three distinct focal lengths in one single unit depending on your lens configuration:

Condition
Excellent, fully operational working condition. The lens and shutter have recently undergone a professional CLA (Clean, Lubricate, Adjust) service. The Betax No. 4 shutter fires accurately at all speeds (1/2 to 1/50 sec) as well as on Time (T) and Bulb (B) settings. The aperture blades are clean, free of oil, and move smoothly across all scales. The optical elements are clear with no haze, fungus, or severe scratches. No obvious balsam separation is present, which is exceptionally rare for convertible lenses of this era. Light internal dust consistent with vintage optics may be present but will not affect image quality. The cosmetic condition of the barrels and flange is great, showing minor authentic wear and patina.
