eBay compatibility information is provided as a guide only. Customers must check the listing photos, part numbers, and any other details provided to ensure the part is suitable for their vehicle. If you are unsure about compatibility, please contact us before placing an order.

All purchases are made on the understanding that the customer is responsible for ensuring the part ordered is correct for their specific vehicle.

All parts are supplied with a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery. Any issues must be reported within this period. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund, replacement, or exchange for claims made after the warranty period has expired.

The warranty covers the part only. It does not cover labour costs, garage charges, fitting costs, diagnostics, recovery fees, or any faults caused by incorrect installation or misuse.

If an item is faulty or does not match the description, Motex Spares must be notified as soon as possible. Where available, a replacement will be offered. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued once the item has been returned in its original condition.

All parts are security marked. Removal, tampering, or damage to these markings will invalidate the warranty and the right to return the item.

Please inspect all goods before signing for delivery. If the item appears to have been damaged in transit, please mark the delivery as “DAMAGED” when signing, where possible, and contact us immediately.

If the correct item has been supplied but the customer has ordered incorrectly, Motex Spares must be contacted immediately. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging within 14 days. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be returned securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return delivery.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable where the customer has ordered incorrectly. A 20% handling/restocking fee may also be deducted from the refund.

Shipping

• Collections are welcome.

• Small items are shipped via a Tracked 24H Service.

• Medium items are shipped via a Tracked 24H/48H Service.

• Large and heavy items are shipped via pallet or private courier service.

• Postage charges are only for UK mainland.

• For the Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Highlands & Islands, Ireland, IOM, and overseas, please contact us via eBay messages for a shipping quote.

• Please provide a valid contact telephone number for delivery purposes.
