Warranty

All items carry a comprehensive 12 Month warranty against manufacturer defect. If stock is available Axxa Ltd will replace or repair the faulty item after confirming the condition of the original item.

If repair or replacement is not an option, we will issue a full refund.

Returns

Your item must be in its original, unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.

Refunds will be made no later than 7 days after receipt of the goods at Axxa Ltd and confirmation of condition.

Please request a return and we will assign you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Customer pays for return carriage.

VAT Invoicing
